Reflect privacy addendum
This addendum covers MockLive Reflect only — the private voice sessions at mocklive.ai/reflect. Your account, billing, and everything else on MockLive is still governed by the sitewide privacy policy.

What Reflect is
A bounded voice session to help you think through a decision or conversation — not therapy, medical advice, legal counsel, or crisis support. The sitewide privacy policy still applies to your account.
What we collect during a session
Your microphone audio (processed in real time for speech-to-text), the live transcript (used only for the facilitator's replies and your debrief), and optional intake text you write before starting.
Reflect does not record video by default. Camera stays off unless you turn it on in the hardware check.
What we keep — and what we delete
Audio and full transcript are deleted when your debrief finishes. We do not keep them for replay.
Debrief summaryis shown once at the end and deleted unless you tap “Save summary to my account.”
Cross-session memory: none. Reflect does not remember prior sessions.
Training
Your Reflect audio and transcript are notused to train AI models — ours or anyone else's. Processors are listed in the main privacy policy.
