Live voice · 20 scenarios

Scored on what you got, not on how you sounded.

Somebody picks up who wants something, knows things they won't tell you, and gets harder when you handle them well. Then you find out, line by line, exactly where the call turned.

One complete twelve-minute call, scored, with the whole debrief. Google sign-in, no card. Then $9 a call or $19 a month.

What Helena wasn't telling you

“The band for this level goes to 108. I've got room to move without asking anyone.” Never came out.

Where it turned

“That sounds great, yes — I'm happy with that.”

She had room to 108 and an approved signing bonus. Ninety seconds in, both stopped being available.

Try “Thank you — I'm glad the team felt that way. Before I respond to the number, can I ask what the band for this level looks like?”

Everyone you practise with online tells you everything. Nobody real does.

Every counterpart here is holding things back — a budget, a deadline, the actual reason. Each one has a condition, and the condition is a question you have to think of. Ask properly and it comes out. Don't, and it never does, and the debrief shows you exactly what you walked past.

01

They hold things back

Four or five facts per scenario, one or two buried deep. Never volunteered, never hinted at. The whole exercise is earning them.

02

It gets harder when you're good

Pitch before you diagnose and they go cold — you feel it in the call rather than reading it in a rubric afterwards.

03

The second run is a different call

Different mood, different lead objection, and your last debrief's one instruction waiting in the room when you come back.

Practise in any of 47 languages — pick yours in the lobby. The counterpart, the pressure and the scoring are the same in all of them.

For teams

Your buyer. Your objections. Your pass bar.

Assign calls, run cold certifications where nothing shows on screen, and see which objective your team keeps missing — then re-run it with exactly the people who missed it.
